A package of 4+ classes for the month at a discounted rate.

Group classes can be rescheduled at any time during the month, but will not carry over to the next.

Ice Bath

Ice baths happen on the last Sunday of every month (even in winter!)

Ice bath bookings can be moved to any upcoming month, but expire at the end of the year

Power Flow

A dynamic, high-energy yoga session that flows through powerful poses and movements, creating unity between breath and body. This class builds internal heat, strength, endurance, and breath control while enhancing flexibility and providing cardiovascular benefits.
